E-commerce Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create, update, and optimize **product listings** on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Manage the **company’s Instagram account** - upload photos/videos, manage DMs, and ensure timely responses.
- Post regularly in **groups and communities** to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor and respond to **Google business messages** and **Play Store reviews**.
- Check and manage **YouTube messages/comments**.
- Plan and create **festival and occasion-based posts**.
- Suggest and execute strategies for **brand image building and online reputation management**.
- Coordinate with the team for marketing campaigns and promotions.
**Skills Required**:
- Knowledge of **Amazon/Flipkart seller portals** and e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with **Instagram, YouTube, and social media management tools**.
- Creative mindset for **content creation and brand promotion**.
- Strong communication skills for **customer interaction and query handling**.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in **e-commerce and social media management**.
- Basic graphic design/video editing knowledge is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
