- Billing Executive**
**Relevant Experience : - 3-5 years**

**Age Limit: 22-32**

**Job Objective**:
We are looking for a competent **Billing Executive** to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company’s revenues.

**Job Description**:

- Should be able to **handle the process of incoming payments along with the issuing of necessary paperwork**
- Should be Accountable for **creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers **by all necessary means and updating customer files.
- To handle the **responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments **with attention to credibility
- To **Manage the status of accounts and balances** and identify inconsistencies **Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices a**nd check the validity of debit accounts
- To Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments and ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
- To ensure the adherence to the Wait time limit Policy for customers
- Timely Billing
- To Coordinate & Provide assistance to Online Orders
- To Update **KYC and Record Maintenance with Cash/Credit card Management**
- To Handle the **queries received over phone/ Walk-in clients** and Provide solutions to any relative problems of the clients
- To support the office assistance and administration (Booking of in-house Meeting hall, liaising with Govt. offices for Licensing/ Approval /Hall Booking for award functions etc.)

**Technical/Functional Competencies**:

- Good proficiency in **Excel, good typing speed, good command on tally & Billing Related software**:

- Comfortable **dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information**:

- Should be well versed with **MS Office suite (Ms Word, Powerpoint & excel)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
