**Tele** **Caller**
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outgoing calls to students to brief them about courses and based on their interest, ask them to attend free career counseling sessions in Academy.
- Follow up with the students in a timely manner to know the status of their visit.
- Generating walk-ins from leads/other sources and referrals.
- Ability to provide information clearly and effectively.
- Being an active listener involves fully concentrating and understanding who you're speaking with.
- Maintain regular attendance and to arrive to work on time.
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Good communication skills in English Required
- Experience in outbound sales voice process
- Understanding of sales and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with work from office.

**Company Policy**:

- List of documents: 1 Photo, Aadhar card Xerox, PAN card Xerox, Cancel Cheque / Bank Passbook Xerox (Bank details mentioned page), Educational documents Xerox, Work Experience letters of all workplaces.
- There will be deduction of 5 days of training whenever you leave the organisation.
- Probation period will be of 6 months.
- During the probation period for non-performance company is liable to terminate your services with immediate effect and there will be deduction in your full and final settlement.
- Sandwich Holiday Policy - Holiday between two availed leaves, they are merged together and considered as sandwich leaves. For e.g.: Leave on either Saturday or Monday will be forced to deduct Sunday as well as per academy policy.
- From the date of joining, your monthly salary will be credited after 45 days of each month until you complete your probation period.
- Your full and final (FNF) settlement period would be after 45 days from last working day on termination or leaving the job.
- Resignation letter is compulsory, if not submitted then you won’t be eligible for FNF.
- Overtime working hours will not be paid.
- If you require leave then you should inform 2-3 days in advance by mails to concern authority, in case of emergency leave you should inform concern authority, if you fail to report then management have right to terminate your service with immediate effect.
- You should be properly groomed during office hours as per grooming policy otherwise strict action will be taken with fine too.
- You should follow disciplinary rules all the time in office otherwise you will be penalised.
- Your cell phone / mobile can be checked by authority if found suspicious / objectionable during office time / hours.
- The normal working days are Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work for such hours as necessary for the proper discharge of your duties to the Academy. The normal working hours are from 09:30 A.M to 07:00 P.M and if necessary, you are expected to work on Sundays & Holidays as when instructed & needed by the management.
- Your muster signing & attendance punching time is up to 10:00 am, beyond which it will be considered as half day working and paid accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹10,091.99 - ₹18,000.00 per month
