As part of our growth, we are looking for a **dynamic and driven Associate** who can take charge of **loan documentation, CMA data preparation, banking liaison**, and allied tasks, alongside supporting GST, TDS, and income tax return filings.

**Key Responsibilities** **Bank Finance & Loan Advisory (Primary Focus)**
- Prepare **CMA Data**, projections, project reports, and financial statements for bank finance.
- End-to-end handling of **loan proposals** including term loans, working capital, OD/CC limits, machinery loans, etc.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs, respond to queries, and ensure smooth execution of loan files.
- Understand various **MSME finance schemes**, government incentives, and work on related documentation.
- Evaluate clients' financials and advise on credit structuring, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

**Compliance & Return Filing (Secondary Support)**
- Handle **GST, TDS**, and **Income Tax return filings**.
- Maintain regular client communication for timely data and compliance updates.
- Track compliance deadlines and ensure accurate execution of routine regulatory tasks.
- Provide support in ROC and DGFT-related filings when needed.
- Minimum **2 years** of hands-on experience in **bank finance consultancy** or financial documentation.
- Must be an **MBA (Finance)** or **CA Finalist** with strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Sound knowledge of **loan products**, documentation requirements, and CMA norms.
- Strong command over MS Excel, Tally, and familiarity with banking and tax portals.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with clients and bankers.
- Must be self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and willing to take ownership of deliverables.
