**Overview**:
As a Sales and Marketing Officer (Indoor) at IBIS Academy, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for driving sales performance and lead conversion through effective communication, persuasion, and relationship building. This role primarily focuses on engaging potential customers through calls and virtual meetings to promote our educational products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients with the goal of promoting our educational brand and offerings.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
- Engage in virtual meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our educational products and services to address customer inquiries and objections confidently.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in the CRM system.
- Actively follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely and effective lead conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and through virtual meetings.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Knowledge of educational products and services is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
