**Responsibilities**:
**Visual Content Creation**:

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos to showcase the ambiance, offerings, and events at the pub.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the pub's brand identity and marketing objectives.

**Event Coverage**:

- Attend and document special events, live music performances, and themed nights held at the pub.
- Capture candid moments and key highlights to create compelling event coverage.

**Menu Photography**:

- Photograph food and beverage items for the pub's menu and promotional materials.
- Showcase dishes in an appetizing and visually appealing manner.

**Creative Direction**:

- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop visual concepts for photo and video shoots.
- Provide creative input to enhance the overall visual storytelling of the pub.

**Photo and Video Editing**:

- Edit and retouch photographs for optimal visual impact.
- Edit video footage, ensuring smooth transitions, color grading, and audio synchronization.

**Equipment Management**:

- Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.

**Collaboration with Staff**:

- Coordinate with pub staff, chefs, and management to schedule photo and video shoots.
- Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth workflow during shoots.

**Content Distribution**:

- Provide visual content for use on the pub's website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Optimize content for various platforms and formats.

**Stay Updated on Trends**:

- Stay informed about photography and videography trends, especially those relevant to the hospitality and food industry.
- Implement innovative techniques to enhance visual storytelling.

**Compliance with Brand Guidelines**:

- Ensure all visual content adheres to the pub's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent aesthetic.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

**Portfolio**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing photography and videography skills, with an emphasis on pub-related content.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using professional photography and videography equipment.
- Familiarity with editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
