Job Description: Videographer and Photographer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Photographer to join our team. As a Videographer and Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video and photo content to showcase our products, services, events, and brand. Your work will play a crucial role in promoting our organization and engaging our target audience across various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Videography:

- Plan, shoot, and edit compelling video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and other promotional purposes.
- Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices, to ensure optimal quality of footage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute video ideas that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Conduct video shoots on-location and in-studio, managing all technical aspects of filming and ensuring a smooth production process.
- Edit and post-process video content to deliver polished and professional final products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our video content.

2. Photography:

- Capture high-quality images that align with our brand identity for use in marketing materials, website, social media, and other promotional channels.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots, including selecting suitable locations, arranging props, and managing lighting conditions.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet our visual standards and maintain a consistent brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for photo campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Maintain an organized and accessible digital library of photos for easy retrieval and future use.

3. Equipment and Safety:

- Ensure all video and photography equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Comply with safety regulations and best practices during shoots to ensure the well-being of all participants and crew members.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets their specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and content creators, to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all marketing channels.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in operating video and photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio devices.
- Excellent knowledge of video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- A creative eye for capturing compelling and visually engaging content.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory to produce aesthetically pleasing visuals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, effectively managing time and meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and interpret project briefs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle various types of projects, from product shoots to event coverage.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in videography and photography.
- A passion for storytelling through visuals and a keen interest in staying updated with the latest industry advancements.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
