**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic troubleshooting of client issues pertaining to accountancy and the accounting software and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to specialized departments when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information, processing requests, and documenting all interactions in the company CRM.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting team to address client concerns or issues that require specialized knowledge.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the company’s services, products, and accounting regulations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling sensitive financial information and confidential client data.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality standards.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Should have a minimum of 2 years plus experience working in a night shift in a US based call centre.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical or complex information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
- Graduation in accounting
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terms.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time with night shift.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
