**Role Summary (Understanding Business Development Executive)**

We see designs as visual storytelling that engages, informs, inspires, and solves a real-life problem with creativity, innovation, and endless execution.

The CD will report to the Creative Team Lead. The CD will work in **collaboration **with multiple teams across the company to understand the business aspects of the brand, the marketing channels, and then the problem to be solved through design, lastly should be able to **brainstorm ideas and convert them into a design that connects.**

**Objectives of the role**

When we work as creative and tech partners the scope of our design and its execution is wide. Projects include **branding, visual presentations, character designing, typography, campaigns, social media, packaging, advertising designs, UI/UX, etc**.

Using various software programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, etc ) to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

Obtain input from teammates to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.

Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to meet deadlines.

Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

**Role Responsibilities**
- **Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize** with multiple teams or clients to understand the requirements and deliver the best final outcome.
- **Design the design language **for various brands by understanding the business.
- **Translate strategic direction into the high-quality creative design** within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
- Follow the **design thinking, procedure** (Define, Visualize, Scribble, prototype, outcome, and test), **and principles.**:

- **Manage the design** and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices by using a content management system.
- Use **trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets (data)** when designing and executing specific classifications.

**Role Requirements and Qualifications**
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills and an eye for visual composition.
- Two years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Coreldraw, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be a fresh graduate.
- Bachelor’s/master's degree (BFA/MFA
