**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Work with the social media team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all designs are aligned with the messaging of the brand's content.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media design and make recommendations on how to incorporate them into our designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ensure that all designs are of high quality and meet the brand's standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media designer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of branding and design principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
