**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment and techniques, ensuring smooth transitions and dynamic shots.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished video product
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop video concepts and storyboards
- Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company's aesthetic
- Add effects, graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the video's impact
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
- Review and edit videos for errors and ensure final products are delivered on time
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and operate video and editing equipment, ensuring functionality and readiness for use.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance video concepts and storytelling techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and videography skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and videography equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, audio equipment)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and creative vision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of current trends in video editing and videography techniques.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is preferred
