**Job Title**: Payment Posting Reconciliation Specialist

Accurately post payments to patient accounts or customer accounts from various sources such as insurance companies, customers, or third-party payers.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Proven experience in entering charges with accuracy based on medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
- Ability to review claims for accuracy, ensure compliance with payer guidelines, and identify errors before submission.
- Expertise in posting payments from insurance companies and patients, and reconciling discrepancies using EOBs/ERAs.
- Experience in resolving denied claims, correcting errors, and resubmitting claims to ensure timely payment.
- Strong understanding of the entire RCM process, from charge entry to payment posting and claim denial resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with patients, insurance companies, and internal teams.
