**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visual assets for branding, marketing, advertising, and communication campaigns
- Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, invitations, and stationery
- Prepare and format layouts for printing using DTP tools
- Ensure designs meet print requirements (bleed, resolution, margins, CMYK/RGB color modes) and liaise with printers/vendors as required
- Work on image editing, retouching, resizing, and adaptation for different platforms and formats
- Support in packaging design and mock-ups for products and promotional items
- Develop infographics, icons, and illustrations to support brand storytelling
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and web teams to translate briefs into effective design solutions
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of DTP tools and techniques for print formatting and layout
- Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and composition
- Understanding of branding, visual identity, and creative storytelling
- Ability to prepare artwork for both digital and print use
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios can apply)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related fields
- Experience in social media design, UI/UX basics, and motion graphics is a plus
- Knowledge of corporate branding, packaging design, and marketing collaterals

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Work Hours**:
11 AM to 8 PM
