**Graphic Designer - Job Description**

**Position**: Graphic Designer
**Experience**: 1+ years
**Employment Type**: Full-time/Part-time/Contract

**Job Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs that align with our brand’s aesthetic. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital and print materials. With a keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, you will help to shape the visual presence of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs align with overall branding and business goals.
- Develop design concepts and execute them with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ensure consistent branding across all design assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Review and edit designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Create assets for print and digital marketing campaigns, product packaging, and promotional materials.
- Work with developers to ensure that designs are optimized for web and mobile platforms.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (or similar role).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS.
