JOB PROFILE: PHONE BANKER / TELESALES EXECUTIVE / CUSTOMER SALES EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATION: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Any Diploma / Any Graduate

EXPERIENCE: Fresher / Experience (Sales Experience)

SALARY: 2 LPA - 3 LPA + Monthly / Quarterly Incentives

WORK TIMING: 9: 30 - 6: 30 PM & 10:00 - 7:00 PM

WORK DAYS: MONDAY - SATURDAY (SUNDAY WEEK OFF)

LANGUAGES: South Indian / Hindi (Preferable) / Good English

GENDER: Male & Female

Age: 18 above - 45 years

Skills: Good English communication, Outbound calling, Target Achievement, Sales Knowledge, Problem Solving

Roles
- Calling potential customers to persuade them to take bank products and services offered.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
- Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
- Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
- Answering customers' questions in regards to products and services.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
- Stay abreast with the latest trends in the industry.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
