**Job Title**: MIS Coordinator

**Location**: Delhi

As an MIS Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making by carrying out various analytical tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Data Collection and Analysis**: Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Report Generation**: Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- **Data Visualization**: Utilize data visualization tools to effectively present complex findings in a clear and accessible manner.
- **Problem-solving**: Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
- **Communication**: Clearly and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders at various levels.

**Desired Profile**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or MIS.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
