If shortlisted, you will be joining a simulation and digital technology company, which is working on international products to meet the demands of Industry 4.0. From world class real world simulation systems, to digital platforms for cloud based learning and assessment to AI and VR learning tools, our solutions are built on solid infrastructure and platforms which are visionary, scalable and adaptive.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure adherence to company processes across all teams.
- Monitor, maintain, and coordinate internal operational workflows.
- Generate and analyze reports based on business requirements.
- Submit periodic team performance reports to management.
- Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) accurately and timely.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, including **VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PIVOT tables**, and other key functions.
- Minimum **typing speed of 30 WPM**.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
**Educational Qualification**:
- **Graduate** or **Undergraduate** from a recognized institution.
