Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and reliable Steward to join our team at a restobar. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring a clean and safe working environment for our staff, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and disposing of trash.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and plating as needed.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, including wearing proper protective equipment and handling chemicals safely.
- Help with receiving and storing food and supplies, as well as rotating inventory and monitoring expiration dates.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down of dining areas, including cleaning tables and chairs, and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management or other senior staff members.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products, including attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
- Collaborate with bar management and kitchen staff to develop new cocktail recipes and menus.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff as needed.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in a busy cocktail bar or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, mixology, and wine and beer service.
- Ability to engage and communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong cash handling and math skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bartending certification preferred.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
