**Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Write compelling copy tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members for content creation.

**Social Media Strategy & Execution**:

- Implement social media strategies to align with marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and conversions.

**Community Management & Engagement**:

- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry professionals.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.

**Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track key performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversions.
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) to generate reports and insights.
- Suggest and implement improvements based on performance data.

**Advertising & Promotions**:

- Assist in running paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize ad spend and targeting based on data insights.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,580.98 - ₹34,637.59 per month
