**Job description**

**Required Software Knowledge**:3D Sketch Up, 3D Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop

**Scope** **of** **Work**:

- Working on concept development using 3D software (Sketch Up/3D Max) to create

innovative and visually appealing designs for interior spaces in both residential and
commercial projects.
- Creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and precision in

measurements and specifications.
- Conducting regular site visits to assess and monitor the progress of ongoing projects,

ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints, and providing design solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborating with a team of architects, interior designers, and other professionals to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery.
- Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the field of

architecture and interior design.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all design projects.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
