**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office systems and databases, ensuring all records are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars and arranging necessary logistics.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Process and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and making orders when necessary.
- Support with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in managing office finances, including basic budgeting, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee activities, and office maintenance tasks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
