**Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our organization. As the Company Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring our company operates in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while upholding the highest standards of corporate governance. You will work closely with the board of directors, senior management, and various stakeholders to maintain transparency and ensure effective decision-making processes.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance best practices.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, including agenda preparation and board paper collation.
- Prepare and file necessary documents, returns, and reports with regulatory authorities.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate legislation, regulation, and industry practices.
- Manage shareholder communication and engagement activities.
- Address shareholders' inquiries, concerns, and requests for information.
- Ensure legal compliance in all company operations and transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of corporate records and documents.
- File and update contact information of employees, clients, suppliers, and vendors.
- Logging details of the company's assets and liabilities.
- Supporting compliance with all statutory requirements and working with internal and external agencies to carry out legal compliance audits.
- He/she should be a legal entity and should have the authority to sign legal documents on the company’s behalf
**Requirements**:
- Qualified graduate and a certified Company Secretary with approximately 1 to 2 years of experience
- Strong understanding of legal and contractual matters.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data/information management.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
