**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Facilitation**:

- Delivering sessions in minimum four/ five different schools annually
- Following the content designed to arrive at necessary outcomes i.e. bring about change in thought and approach to education.
- Ensure the learnings are applied through regular interactions and follow ups
- Assist in co-creating and co-facilitating workshops/webinars/VILT’s/EV’s

**Reporting**:

- Compiling and submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Project Head.
- Manage data and analyse the same for further action

**Training Review**:

- Review sessions and constantly update content designers on effectivity of content.
- Regular progress reviews with Project Heads

**Developmental**:

- Constantly update self on developments in school education related areas
- Upgrade own skills and methodologies by self-learning.

**CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**: Masters (Psychology) /Masters (Education) Masters Media Education/ Human Development

**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**: 1to 5 years and above

**WORK SKILLS**:Worked with adult counseling or mentoring and with some exposure to school education system will be an added advantage

**OTHER SKILLS**

Well versed in English/ computer savvy

English proficiency/presentation skills/

Pleasant, firm, persuasive, patient, mature, logical, good listener and mentor.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:
**NATURE OF JOB**

Permanent on payroll

**LOCATION**

HO & School.

**HOURS OF WORK**

8 hours a day and 6 days a week, 02 Saturday off in a month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
