**About the Role**:
The Accounts Receivable Executive in the Finance Department is a vital team member responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This role involves a combination of transactional tasks and analytical responsibilities, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Verify, classify, and record financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Generate and send invoices, statements, and payment reminders as needed.

**Expense Management**:

- Review and reconcile employee expense reports.
- Ensure adherence to expense policies and proper documentation.

**Financial Documentation**:

- Maintain organized and comprehensive financial documentation.
- File and archive financial records in accordance with company policies.

**Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

**Month-End and Year-End Closing**:

- Contribute to the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare necessary reconciliations and financial reports.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Audit Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of documents and schedules for internal and external audits.
- Address audit inquiries and implement audit recommendations.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and guidelines.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
