**Key responsibilities**:

- Understanding the business and interacting with stakeholders to provide tax advice on business transactions, reviewing terms and conditions in tenders, contracts, and agreements to ensure tax-efficient operations.
- Working closely with regional tax managers and front ending tax automation projects
- Supporting regional tax managers in putting together tax position documents for various jurisdictions across the group and developing knowledge-based articles
- Supporting regional tax managers in streamlining various internal processes within the tax function for increased efficiency.
- Support regional tax managers in managing tax audits and appeals This will involve working with local finance team, external consultants and the regional tax managers
- Supporting the regional tax managers in conducting regular tax trainings and awareness sessions for business partners
- Stakeholder (internal and external) management in terms of providing regular updates to the management.
- Regularly identifying tax risks and updating the internal stakeholders.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in international taxation
- Experience in implementing tax digital solution is a plus Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with strong relationship building ability
- Should have basic knowledge of Companies Act and Accounting Standards
- Should be a team player with proactive and result oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn about tax laws in other jurisdictions
- Relevant experience at Big 4 or reputed CA firm and / or corporate tax department in large MNC
- Flexible to work with changing environment
