**Job Description: Travel Coordinator**

**Location**: Sion, Mumbai (Work from Office)
**Experience**: 1-2 years
**Salary**: Up to ₹2.5 LPA (₹20,000 in-hand)

Education **:Graduation Must**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and process domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries based on their requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.
- Handle queries related to travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and customer information.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in travel booking software/tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in travel booking or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
