**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with the HR department to identify training needs and develop training plans.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of Excel
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are a plus.
- Experience with training delivery platforms and tools is desirable.
