**Roles and Responsibilities (QA)**

1. To co-ordinate with the merchandising department for quality norms for running styles & to achieve the required quality standard.

2. Lead an establish quality assurance program through a paradigm shift to a continual quality improvement program in a manage care environment.

3. Capable in handling in-house and supplier units

4. Coordinate efforts between multiple teams to achieve product quality goals.

5. Manage customer relations, specifications, and testing procedures for QA functions concerning client products.

6. Provide oversight of products being produced complies with customer specifications and quality requirements.

7. Identify areas of improvement / innovation to add value to customer on continuous basis

8. Balance competing objectives across various quality and oversight activities.

9. Responsible for setting all processes related to quality, standard operating procedures.

**QA with more than 5 years of experience in any Textile Manufacturing Company.**
