**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including work areas, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials.
- Assist in setting up conference rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies, food items, and other necessary items as requested.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, pantry items, and toiletries.
- Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, and gatherings.
- Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the office manager or supervisors.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Salary - 8000 - 11000
Timing - as per company norms
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
