This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate - Decentralized Water Systems, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting decentralized water systems solutions. The role shall be suitable for engineers who understand electromechanical equipment and water treatment. The role involves preparing sales reports, attending industry events, and collaborating with the marketing & technical teams. The person shall be coordinating with the proposals team for getting the techno commercial proposals, project requirements, documents and drawings.

**Qualifications**
- To have fluency in Kannada Language.
- Freshers can also apply.
- The person to have interest in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Willingness to travel and visit customers on the field
- Preferable to have bachelor’s degree in environmental / chemical engineering / mechanical engineering or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities

**Desirable plus points**
- Experience in the Water & Wastewater treatment industry is a plus
- Having a driving license is a plus
- Knowledge of Decentralized Water Systems, Basic Engineering Equipment, Biological Wastewater Systems & Membrane Technology is a Plus

**Other Details**
- Office Location: Based in Bengaluru, preferably JP Nagar or surrounding areas, with willingness to travel locally in rare cases.
- Working Hours: Full-time, in-office role; Monday-Saturday, 9:30 AM-5:30 PM
- Salary: ₹ 25,000 - ₹ 35,000 per month (Experienced Personnel) (Shall have a probation period of 3 months), ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 25,000 per month (Freshers) (Shall have a probation period of 6 months)
- Target based incentives, performance bonus and increments.
- Notice Period after confirmation - 3 Months

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
