About the Role

We're on the lookout for dynamic, passionate, and self-driven Sales Associate Interns who are eager to learn the art of sales, develop business acumen, and contribute to real-world growth.

You'll work closely with our business development and client engagement teams, generating leads, building relationships, and helping to expand our presence in the agricultural sector.

What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 0–3 years in sales (freshers welcome)
  • Education Background: B.Sc. Agriculture or MBA in Agri-Business preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through research and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
  • Track and report lead generation metrics and conversions
  • Support strategic initiatives to meet sales targets

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Basic understanding of sales processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
  • Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
