**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage office supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Perform clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
**Requirements**:
3-5 years of administrative experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other softwares
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
