**Responsibilities-**
- Listening to students' academic and emotional, concerns in an open and nonjudgmental way.
- Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development and sharing materials related to a career of their choice.
- Maintain personal connection with every student for resolution of queries.
- Help students to complete their course on time.
- Will have to do consultative calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective.
- Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counselling programs.
- Having an understanding of defining career goals, and time management.

**Qualifications-**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical counselling,
- Good with tools like MS office, Google ecosystem (Sheets, slides, calendar and meet)
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in any engineering stream.

**Preferable with languages**:Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu

**In-Office**:Koramangala, Bengaluru (6 Days Working)

**Shift**:Noon shift (12 pm to 8.30 pm) weekends are working & any weekday off.

**Desired Experience**: 1 Year(minimum)

**Salary Details**: INR 3 LPA to 4 INR LPA
