- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns regarding renewals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of renewal activities in the CRM system.
- Help identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling during the renewal process.
- Prepare renewal contracts and documentation for customers.
