**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media
- Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for Motion Graphic design
- Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
- Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
- Coordination with content team for monthly social media calendars (Videos, Motion banner, GIFs, Infographics etc).
- Developing concepts, videos, templates, rough drafts, finals cuts, Case study and PPT designs etc. for owned company assets like Website, Blog etc.
- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Knowledge /experience in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator is a must; Proven experience of working on editing software packages (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity familiarity with special effects
- A strong understanding of global design and trends. Offline drawing, sketching and able to transfer into digital is an advantage

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or

demonstrated success in relevant professional fields;
- Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and

data through images;
- Solid verbal and written communication skills;
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere, and Photoshop), Microsoft Office, DropBox, and G Suite; and other design and editing tools

Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms

(YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram);
- Technically proficient with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve;
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues;
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Flexibility in working with new issues, topics, and approaches.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Interest in public policy and/or mental health, eagerness to learn;
- Data visualization;

**Salary**: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Video Editing: 1 year (preferred)
