Within 24 months of its inception, Muzigal has served over 24,000 students and more than 400 teachers. Muzigal is the first-ever organized player revolutionizing the music education space globally. Muzigal has emerged as a dominant player in the last 18 months and has become the largest destination for music teachers and students.

Muzigal offers beginners to intermediate level music classes across Indian and Western music genres for all age groups through its proprietary curriculum delivered by qualified music teachers. Muzigal currently operates several offline academies across India and is expanding its footprint rapidly to become a household name for music learning in India and globally. The brand plans to expand to 100+ academies across India within the next 18 months.

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various media channels and manage publicity across print, digital, and electronic platforms, aiming to amplify our organization's presence
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other promotional materials to effectively communicate key messages and event details.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of PR and event strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels to track and analyze the effectiveness of PR efforts.
- Prepare and present reports on PR and event performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging PR and event management techniques to inform strategy development.

**Education and Skills Required**
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, with a focus on event management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging content and pitches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PR and event management tools and software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to work.

**Work Experience**
- Minimum of two year’s experience in a similar position.

**Job Location**
- Hyderabad

**Salary**
- 3L-4.8L CTC based on qualifications, experience and interview.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
