**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Network Support Role. This position will be full-time employment and Location Bangalore.
What You’ll Do
Good knowledge of Operating system - Windows 10 & 11.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, Operating system, drivers, software, peripherals.
Knowledge of parts of computer, ports, cables, and connectivity's.
Providing support and troubleshooting issues with desktop/laptop, printers, scanners, network connectivity, and other IT equipment.
What You'll Need
Basic to Moderate knowledge on networking, IP addressing scheme, LAN, WAN, Internet, MPLS.
Software installation, configuration and basic troubleshooting.
Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of MS office products & O365. Managing IT inventory and documentation.
Good oral and written communication.
**Qualification**: Diploma/BE/BCA in E&CE, CS, IT.
Physical Demands
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
