Shall Visit all the sites in First week to identify the source of information ( Executive /

Supervisor / Casual Staff ) for collecting manpower repoting strength on daily basis.

2. Shall understand client wise actual floor strength. daily week off strength, week end

strength, week days strength, male and female ratio, shift changing, Shift timings

3. Shall prepare a week off schedule with co-ordination with unit supervisors ,

executives.( Basically it is the list of all employees with their week off day) ( List shall

have all the contact numbers of employees )

4. Shall get or take the report of actual manpower reported to the customer place as

per shift timings. ( Follow the customer shift program )

5. Immediately publishing the manpower shortage information to the Area Operations

Managers.

6. Calling the employees who are on week off and directing them to fill the gap at the

sites and asking unit supervisors, executives to follow up the same.

7. Sending the buffer staff to the shortage places immediately to fill the gap.

8. Shall understand the shortage reason. ( Un-intimated absent, intimated absent ,

health emergency, traveling emergency, un-toward incident OR left the

organization)

9. Calling the employees to office who are absent without information and issuing them

warning ledgers and taking explanation is mandatory. Ask all the employees to inform

them in case of any instant leaves.

10. Leave planning for festivals to be discussed with executives / supervisors and the

same need to be implemented through calling the employees and making them

understand the situations.

11. Publishing daily vacancy positions on notice board and distributing the segregated list

to the designated sourcing officers.

12. Daily publishing the over all operations report with out fail is mandatory.

13. Completing the joining formalities and sending the new employees to designated

units and informing the same to supervisors / executives and ops managers.

14. Reports must be generated 24/7, 365 days for all shifts including holidays, festivals,

and your week off days with out fail.

15. Reports shall be posted within 15 minutes of shift occurrence time.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
