**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize and create visually stunning animations and motion graphics that effectively communicate our clients' messages and brands.
2. Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and animation sequences that align with project goals and objectives.
3. Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and/or similar tools to bring static graphics to life through motion.
4. Collaborate closely with clients, creative directors, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software in the field of animation and graphic design to continuously improve skills and deliver cutting-edge work.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a motion graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and technical skills.
3. Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
4. Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
7. Knowledge of current design and animation trends.
8. Experience with video editing and compositing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
