Overseeing all aspects of export documentation, compliance.
- Streamlining the entire process from the receipt of a purchase order (PO) to promptly updating the entire team upon dispatch.
- Managing the comprehensive logistics of export operations, encompassing transportation, shipping, and warehousing for efficient and punctual deliveries.
- Generating and submitting quotations to both new and existing customers across India & Worldwide.
- Skillfully negotiating rates with customers and persuading them to place orders.
- Conducting weekly payment and quotation follow-ups, while meticulously maintaining and updating company requirement files.
- Overseeing IT tasks for the company and providing guidance to website developers for essential website modifications.
- Collaborating with Production, Quality, and Foundry Managers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
- Attending exhibitions to represent the company and explore opportunities.
- Cultivating strong and personal relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
