- **Record Retrieval and Tracking**:Handling requests for medical records, tracking chart locations, and managing the retrieval process while adhering to hospital policies.
- **Quality Assurance**:Following established procedures to ensure the quality and accuracy of medical records and addressing any discrepancies or incompleteness.
- **Confidentiality and Privacy**:Safeguarding patient confidentiality and adhering to all relevant privacy regulations.
- **Collaboration**:Working with healthcare providers, administration, and other departments to ensure smooth information flow and address any medical record-related issues.
- **Reporting**:Generating reports on medical records activities and statistics as needed by hospital administration.
