Cyvents Technologies is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in **system integration, software development, IT consultancy, and digital marketing solutions**. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join us.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Cyvents Technologies’ services.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
- Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers in CRM.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving monthly targets.
- Provide feedback from prospects to improve marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field (Marketing background is a plus).
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Telemarketing / Telesales / Customer Care.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven role.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT / software services will be an added benefit.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
