Office Co-ordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Coordinate and maintain executives’ schedules, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
- **Travel Coordination**: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist with virtual and in-person meeting logistics.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist with or lead special projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
- **Client and Vendor Relations**: Act as a liaison between the executives, clients, vendors, and other internal teams.
- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized office environment.
- **Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
