**About Function**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Billing and Payment Management:

- Handle billing and payment processes for IT assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Understand and use IT and finance tools for inventory updates and making payments.
- Fair understanding of IT tools like AWS, GCP, Monitoring tools, etc.
- Data Entry and Management:

- Accurately enter and maintain data related to IT assets in spreadsheets and databases.
- Use Excel and Google Sheets to organize and analyze data.
- Implement and utilize formulas for data calculations and reporting.
- IT Asset Lifecycle Management:

- Understand and manage the lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
- Maintain records of IT asset acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding IT asset management.
- Communication and Coordination:

- Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and vendors.
- Provide updates and reports on billing, payments, and IT asset status.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.

- Requirements: 0-2 years of experience with IT hardware and software.
- Good in English and communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and formulas. Understanding of IT assets lifecycle, billing, and payment methods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Understanding of IT and finance tools for inventory updates and making payments.
- Preferred Qualifications: Graduate Experience in an IT-related field.
- Familiarity with IT asset management software and tools.
- Knowledge of financial processes related to IT procurement and payments.
