**Responsibilities**:

- Enter outpatient and inpatient service charges into the billing system.
- Check that the charges are correct and use the right CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Review patient records to ensure everything meets insurance requirements.
- Fix any errors in charge entries and match charges with services provided.
- Work closely with coders, doctors, and billing teams.
- Make sure all charges are posted correctly and quickly to avoid mistakes and payment delays.

**Qualifications**:

- **Graduate degree required** (medical billing/coding certification is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in charge entry or medical billing.
- Familiarity with medical billing codes and billing software.
- Great attention to detail and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
