Preparation of Stage wise Budget and take approval for the same.
- Site wise timely Planning & Execution with 100% accuracy.
- Monitoring all types of drawing of every stage.
- Make sure to get daily report from contractors of every stage and everyday create new plan of next activity for next stage.
- Coordinating and supervising construction workers as per drawing.
- Manpower planning skill for timely work execution from team & Contractor.
- Material Estimate and usages **(Bricks/Tiles/Steel/Cement/Plumbing)**calculation to be done as per structure drawing.
- Liaise with Contracts Manager/Project Manager, Site Manager, and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.
- Monitor construction productivity, Stock Checking, Ordering Material and schedule performance Actual work Vs. Stage drawing.
- Monitor and report to Project head for project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner (bar chart Timeline).
- Conducting weekly / Monthly / Quarterly review and drive engineering team for timely completion of project.
- Prepare reports ask by management as & when required and issue to management.
- Get Quotation from different vendors and approve them as per the define parameters and make sure to complete work within deadline.
- Coordination with Finance department for vendor payment.
- Timely co-ordination with consultant, structure, contractor and architecture for plumbing, Electrical & drainage solutions.
- Make sure resources are available as per the plan with quality and accuracy of work.
- Promote the safety Rules and establish safe working cultures and practices.
- Undertake any other task assigned by the management.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
