**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct student/parent counselling sessions via calls, video conferencing, and in-person (if applicable).
- Drive conversions by effectively pitching courses and services, aligned with student goals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Understand student needs and recommend appropriate learning programs.
- Build strong relationships with potential leads to increase conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions and lead status in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on product offerings, curriculum changes, and industry trends.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in counselling/sales role in an EdTech /bde or educational setup.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in **any one South Indian language** (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is mandatory.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in **Life Sciences** or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for guiding students.
- Comfortable with targets and performance-driven culture.

**Salary**: based on the experience
