Gurgaon, India SIG Combibloc Full time

Spare parts sales activities to ensure timely delivery of the spares to the customers minimize downtime on the filling machines at the customer’s site.

Warehouse / Inventory Management to ensure proper Good receiving and issuing managed that there is zero variance between stock levels and stock take figures by using SAP- (or any other appropriate tools).

Co-ordinate with SAM in planning the Maintenance and spare parts need.

Plan (MRP) / purchase from overseas / local suppliers to maintain adequate spare parts inventories, control from receiving to dispatching, and handling shipping document approval prior to release of original documents

Efficiently handle, coordinate, follow-up, report spare part issues, including claims. Support urgently needed spare parts with TSM / SAM, ensure distribution of technical documentation concerning spare parts and service

Create/change and maintain CS orders for Service related tasks, including closing of inactive CS orders. Assign CS orders to the Planning table for Service Engineers regarding time schedule planning from Service Managers and check accuracy of activity codes inputted, ensuring all activity reports from Service Engineers are released to Service Manager for approval

Control / monitor cost allocation to ensure within budget, accuracy, and track information from company tools reports measuring equipment and service performance

Support internal departments with Service Dept. equipment procurement, including issuing supplier PO, order confirmation, Payment Voucher against supplier invoice, and process Goods Received / Goods Issued in SAP

Provide ongoing coaching / mentoring to buildup team competencies

Accomplish special tasks as assigned by supervisor and inline with the best interests of SIG Combibloc

Support internal departments with Service Dept. equipment procurement, including issuing supplier PO, order confirmation, Payment Voucher against supplier invoice, and process Goods Received / Goods Issued in SAP
