**Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Associate to join our team. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experienced professionals to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive online sales and enhance our brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assist in Campaign Development**: Support the creation and implementation of E-Commerce marketing campaigns across various channels
- **Content & Product Image listing**: Help generate engaging and relevant content for product listings, image listing.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- **SEO Optimization**: Work on optimizing product listings and website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Customer Engagement**: Assist in managing customer reviews and feedback, ensuring prompt and professional responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic to Proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
