We are looking for experienced SME to join our US Criminal Check process team within the Background Verification (BGV) domain. The responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and improving the quality of the US Criminal Check process.
- Conducting audits and providing constructive feedback to ensure compliance with standards.
- Analyzing errors, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Preparing quality reports and maintaining proctess performance documentation.
- Collaborating with teams to enhance efficiency and achieve quality benchmarks.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the Quality Department/SME role, specifically in US BGV (Criminal Check) processes.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Proven experience in maintaining high compliance and quality standards.

**Transport**: Provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
